How It Works
The Rehab Warriors Program
Rehab Warriors is a Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship that equips veterans with the skills and credentials needed for career placement. The program is structured as follows:
2 Months
Virtual Training & Certification
Remote
- Foundational training in real estate development, construction management, market analysis, and financial planning.
- Weekly coursework, portfolio-building challenges, and case study assignments.
- Earn industry-recognized project management certifications.
4 Months
OJT with Rebuilding the Fort
Remote
- Veterans complete remote project management training under supervision.
- Work on real-world projects in community revitalization.
- Structured mentorship and skills application through project-based learning.
6 months
Field-based OJT with Employer Placement
Local to Veteran
- Veterans transition to hands-on, field-based experience managing real estate projects.
- Standard hiring process through an Employer Partner.
- Direct project leadership and execution.
1 week (optional)
Job Readiness Fellowship
In-Person
- Career coaching, resume refinement, and networking.

Comprehensive Instruction
Our full-time Registered Apprenticeship Program features seven weeks of immersive instruction, conducted remotely. Classes begin every Monday, allowing you to dive into learning right away.
Hands-On Experience
A standout feature of our program is the one-week residency in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on experience lets you apply your newly acquired skills in a real-world setting, preparing you for success in your future career.
Job Placement Services
We’re committed to your success beyond the classroom. Our job placement services include help with crafting a resume, interview skills training, and arranging interviews with reputable employers in your area.
High Earning Potential
The trades are in demand! Graduates of our program can earn between $62,210 and $101,480 a year, providing a stable and rewarding career path.

What is Rehab Warriors?
Rehab Warriors is a Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship designed to help veterans transition into real estate careers through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Who is eligible for the apprenticeship program?
The program is open to U.S. military veterans who meet the eligibility criteria, including education and funding requirements.
Is this program available nationwide?
Yes, the program is fully remote, allowing veterans to participate from anywhere in the U.S.
What certifications do I receive upon completion?
Graduates earn multiple industry-recognized certifications, including:
- PMI Construction Professional (CP)®
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Procore Project Management Certification
- Department of Labor (DOL) Certificate of Completion
Enrollment & Application
How do I apply?
You can apply by completing the online application form and attending a virtual information session.
How long does the application process take?
The timeline varies, but applicants typically move through the initial application, info session, and pre-apprenticeship phase within a few weeks.
What happens after I submit my application?
Once your application is received, you will be invited to attend a virtual information session. If accepted, you will begin the pre-apprenticeship training before transitioning to On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Financial Assistance
Does the VA cover all costs?
Yes, eligible veterans can receive full tuition coverage through the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Program.
Can I use my GI Bill for this program?
The program is primarily funded through VR&E benefits, but additional funding options may be available.
Are there additional out-of-pocket costs?
No, VR&E covers tuition, tools, equipment, and provides a living stipend for eligible veterans.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
How long is the OJT period?
The On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase lasts 15 weeks (1,250 hours).
Will I be paid during the OJT?
Yes, apprentices receive wages while completing their On-the-Job Training.
What type of projects will I work on?
Veterans will work on real estate development and community revitalization projects, either remotely through Rebuilding the Fort or in a field-based placement with an employer partner.
