$35,000 (Related Technical Instruction):
This cost covers 300 hours of technical instruction and bundled certification support required for the Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship Program.
Not Included:
The following items are not included in the $35,000 RTI cost and must be paid for separately (by the student or through approved VA benefits, if applicable):
- Required student supplies and materials
- Travel, meals, and lodging for Competency Week
Veterans enrolled in the Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship gain the technical knowledge, certifications, and hands-on experience required for success in today’s housing and construction industries.
- 8 Weeks of virtual, instructor-supported training
- Includes Competency Week (Week 9): In-person evaluation and residency
- Project-based learning, career development, and workforce readiness
- Aligned with national certification standards
- Orientation to real-world job site expectations
- Employer partner onboarding and project placement
- Final preparation for transition into full-time field training
- Up to 2,500 hours of paid, field-based real estate project management training
- Apprentices serve as assistant project managers on active job sites
- Performance is tracked to meet Department of Labor apprenticeship standards
This bundled cost is $10,000 and includes live instruction, practice tools, exam preparation, and platform access to Procore, Buildertrend, PMI-CP, and OSHA certifications. All instructional content is aligned with the Department of Labor standards for Registered Apprenticeship.
