Rehab Warriors is a Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship designed to help veterans transition into real estate careers through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

The program is open to U.S. military veterans who meet the eligibility criteria, including education and funding requirements.

Yes, the program is available for participants from anywhere in the U.S.

Graduates will receive live instruction, practice tools, exam preparation, and platform access to Procore, Buildertrend, PMI-CP, and OSHA certifications. All instructional content is aligned with the Department of Labor standards for Registered Apprenticeship.

You can apply by completing the online application form and attending a virtual information session.

The timeline varies, but applicants typically move through the initial application, info session, and pre-apprenticeship phase within a few weeks.

Once your application is received, you will be invited to attend a virtual information session. If accepted, you will begin the pre-apprenticeship training before transitioning to Phase I.

1. VR&E Benefits (Chapter 31): Eligible veterans can use their VR&E benefits to cover tuition, providing full support for career training and skill development through our program.

2. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Training Grants: Veterans may qualify for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) scholarships or grants, which can fully or partially fund their tuition through government assistance.

3. Self-Funding: Veterans who aren’t using a benefit program can pay out of pocket and still access the same high-level training and career support.

4. Employer Sponsorship: Many veterans have the option of employer sponsorship, allowing their current or prospective employers to invest in their training by covering program costs directly.

$35,000 (Related Technical Instruction): This cost covers 300 hours of technical instruction and bundled certification support required for the Real Estate Project Management Registered Apprenticeship Program.

The following items are not included in the $35,000 RTI cost and must be paid for separately (by the student or through approved VA benefits, if applicable):
- Required student supplies and materials
- Travel, meals, and lodging for Competency Week

You will do 2 months of OJT prep, and 6 months of field-based OJT.

Eligible Apprentices can earn up to 2,500 hours of paid, field-based real estate project management training

Veterans gain hands-on experience by contributing to real estate development and community revitalization projects, ensuring they apply their skills on active job sites while preparing for long-term career opportunities.
